Haishunde Specialty Oil Refinery started production in 2013 as the world’s largest single-site specialty oil refinery. Since then, the refinery has been a premier producer of high purity, low benzene industrial solvents.
The Haishunde Special Oil Refinery is a specialized refining asset located within one of China’s seven national petrochemical hubs. Spanning a 470,000 square meter footprint, the refinery occupies a highly strategic location positioned directly across from the Sino-Saudi mega complex. Haishunde was the first refinery established within the Gulei Petrochemical Base alongside Dragon Aromatics, helping anchor the zone from its inception. Today, the facility leverages Gulei’s deep water port, specialized liquid chemical terminals, and shared pipeline networks to optimize high volume petrochemical production.
